This week we are studying Doctrine and Covenants sections 12 through 17, in addition to the final verses of Joseph Smith History. These sections are revelations given in answers to questions that individuals had about their lives. We’ll talk about the doctrine of revelation and how God wants to reveal things to us, but we must be prepared to receive them. We’ll discuss what is our part in seeking truth and how we can understand it. We’ll also talk about how implementing received revelation can help us change if we follow true principles. There are free worksheets available for the invitations made in the weekly podcasts. To get these worksheets, please sign up for my email newsletter. Not only will you get access to the free worksheets, but access to many more free strategies to help manage your mental health.

But Doctrine and Covenants 10 reveals God’s unwavering commitment to forgiveness AND fulfilling His promises. Learn how the Lord’s backup plan teaches us to trust His timing and His ability to make all things work for our good—even when you may not be able to see the way forward.
We love and revere Joseph Smith - and rightfully so. But let’s not forget about his equally amazing brother. Hyrum. The Lord gives him some wonderful counsel that is very applicable to us today.
