We’ll discuss the idea of transformation and change and how the gospel of Jesus Christ can help us change all aspects of our personalities, including our mental health. We’ll review the relationship between increasing our capacity for love and decreasing our anxiety. We’ll also talk about the idea of “process vs. destination” and how as we focus more on the process, we can experience greater fulfillment.
