Can miracles find their way to the most wounded hearts?
We have decided to share with you 2-3 sessions from our recent Restore gathering to give you a taste of what took place during this amazing weekend. Last week we shared Joseph Grenny’s incredible message. It was an instant classic. . Today, we’re honored to bring you another really special moment from Restore. In a powerful, unflinching, and faithful presentation, our friend and community leader Neylan McBaine addressed an “elephant in the room” that so often goes unnamed: our experience with patriarchy in our faith communities.
Our theme for this whole week - If you knew that the most important event to ever happen to you were coming in just a few years, could you stay patient and faithful so you could experience it. A great lesson to learn from the Nephites in the BOM. 😀

Bright hope for cystic fibrosis and progeria patients. Francis Collins gives a wide-ranging interview: the sequencing of the human genome; life-changing treatments for genetic diseases; how he astonished himself when he began to question his atheism; wrestling with the way his team at the NIH handled the Covid pandemic. All part of his journey on the "Road to Wisdom."
The believing Saints at this time in the Book of Mormon were desperate for the sign that a prophet had promised. Their lives depended on it. For us, when difficult times come - even though you still believe in miracles...sometimes, it’s just nice to have that faith validated from time to time. 😁
In this episode we’ll talk about 3 Nephi chapters one through seven. We’ll read about the faithful saints who waited for the sign of the Savior’s birth, persisting through disappointment to achieve eventual satisfaction. We’ll talk about the importance of being consistent in efforts to improve our mental health. We’ll also talk about how being committed to a positive process can have a more positive effect on our progress than being overly focused on a specific goal.
