This week we are studying Doctrine and Covenants sections 77-80. We’ll talk about several principles. First, we’ll review the importance of asking sincere questions and seeking for inspired answers. We’ll discuss how this is a sign of strength, not weakness. Second, we’ll talk about how improving our mental health will not just be a benefit in this life, but can help us prepare spiritually for the next life. Finally, we’ll discuss the power of gratitude, and how this can be a benefit to help change attitudes and cope with difficulties.
