In The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints we have culturally painted a picture for what a good woman looks like and as a result we have seen in many ways how doing this has been damaging. Many of the podcasts here talk about how to help women break free of that story but on today’s podcast we flip the coin to see how culturally in the Church we have also painted a picture of what a good man looks like and how that can also be damaging to these men and have negative effects on the most important relationship in their life.  Coach Rhonda Farr talks today on the podcast about what it is like to be a high achieving man in the Church who is doing all the things he was told he should do – like providing for his family and serving faithfully in a calling – and is still having significant struggles in his marriage.
