David T. Morgan PhD
Dr. David Morgan is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a doctorate in counseling psychology. He has been a licensed psychologist in private practice for more than twenty years. During that time he has treated and evaluated more than ten thousand clients. Over thirty years ago he married his best friend, and they have six children together, in addition to four daughters-in-law and four grandchildren. Dr. Morgan is the author of five books on gospel and mental health topics, a regular presenter with Our Turtle House, Onward Productions, and a contributing author to LDS Living magazine. He has been a presenter at BYU Women’s Conference, BYU Education Week, and has been featured on the All In and Church News podcasts. After 25 years in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Morgan and his family moved back to Provo, Utah and are excited to be in the shadow of Y mountain again. He is convinced that the gospel of Jesus Christ holds multiple keys to improving emotional and mental health. He recently served as the bishopric first counselor in his ward but his favorite calling was seminary teacher. His favorite hobby is going to Disneyland, and he has been over one hundred times.
