Recognizing Trauma in Your Body

When we come to earth we begin our journey of mortality by getting a body. Our body and spirit start to experience all the joys and pains of living life as a human being. All of us in one way or the other will experience situations that can be classified as trauma. The body's response to these situations is the way God designed it to be so that the body can protect us as needed. However, as you will hear coach Cami Birdo speak about today, trauma is never meant to stay in the body yet so many hold onto it and carry this unnecessary burden through their lives. Cami wants everyone to know that there are ways to release trauma and find the healing you deserve.
