There are times in life where feeling like we don’t have a group and don’t have the support we need is more acute. Coach Jane Copier works with one of these groups. She helps women who are in midlife come together and get the support they need to transition from having most of their time being wrapped up in taking care of their children to having an empty home and learning a new role of being a mother to adult children and having to make their own schedules. Jane is passionate about helping women in this stage of life and has created an amazing program entitled “The Empty Nest Academy” where as she puts it, it’s a place “for women who want to make the second half, the best half.”
